Hello Susan, I came across your website by accident... I started baking 2 years ago. Baked for my kids, family & friends. Had some people calling me to bake for them too.
I too have an addiction (like rosie) for cake decorating books... anything to do with cooking & baking. Wonder if the book you bought recently "The cake decorators Motif Bible" good?

Hi alison, the book is very informative. It teaches fondant design and comes with a step-by step instruction and a template guide.
